Payment methods we accept

All prices on techmax.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED). [All prices include VAT. – keep only if confirmed by your accountant]

You can pay with:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club

• Google Pay and Apple Pay

• Cash on Delivery (COD): available [across the UAE / in Dubai only]. Please have the exact amount ready

Secure payments

• Card and Apple Pay payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card payment security.

• All payment information is encrypted. TechMax never sees or stores your full card number.

• Some card payments may ask you to confirm with your bank (for example a one-time password) for extra security.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed. For some orders, especially Cash on Delivery, our team may call you to confirm your details before dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. See our Return and Refund Policy for timelines.
